Hi, my name is Elizabeth Walker! I am passionate about physics, I love teaching it, learning it, reading about it and implementing research associated with best practices to update my skillset! As a former high school teacher, I have taught Conceptual Physics, Honors Physics, IB Physics, AP Physics 1, College Physics and the Canadian curriculum (grade 11 and 12). In addition to a degree in Physics and computer science, I hold a current teaching certificate and certifications in Modeling Instruction in Physics, gifted instruction and AP Physics. As an online tutor for the past 4 years, I have served a diverse student clientele from Canada to California to Florida; from the 8th grader in charter school to the mother of 3 children changing careers.
